Your free session will last 45 minutes, during which time, I will show you how to perform each exercise correctly and then have you perform all of the exercises under my guidance, in order for you to experience this kind of strength training first hand.

At the completion of your workout, there will be no hard sell.

By providing a good experience and introduction to strength training, it is my hope that you will be inspired to start training, if not with 30 Minute Strength, then in some other way shape or form to increase your strength, maintain your muscle mass and thereby your independent mobility in years to come…..because those years are coming.
